We are a thriving Privately owned Dental Surgical office in Jupiter Florida, looking for just the right person to join our friendly front office team. This position will maximize your strengths and serve as a key point of contact for our patients and well-coordinated team. We have a modern take on dentistry and incorporate technology to make things easier for both patients and employees.

The right combination of exceptional skills and energetic spirit will be rewarded. Compensation is dependent on your experience and history of success.

Below are some specifics that would make you a great fit with us:

Over 5 years dental experience serving in a variety of front office roles in general dentistry.
Highly motivated, customer-service oriented person who understands the value of the “patient experience.”
In depth understanding of how to productively schedule.

Actively develops patient retention strategies, including patient reactivation; plans patient appreciation events, and suggests practice growth ideas and initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills—both conversationally and written—with the ability to present and convert treatment plans.
Competency in PPO insurance prequalification, insurance billing, and collections.

Successful track record of working independently and problem solving.

History of meeting goals/deadlines and performing well under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of dental software as well as social media and online patient communication systems.
Strong desire to be an integral part a team.

Must be punctual and possess excellent attendance.

Experience with leading a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
